Lens of Love Photography

By booking a session with Lens of Love Photography, you agree to the following terms.

Booking & Payment

A signed agreement and non-refundable retainer are required to secure your session date. Remaining balances are due prior to or on the session date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Applicable Kansas sales tax will be applied where required.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Retainers are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date with at least 48 hours notice.

Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled due to weather at the photographer’s discretion.

Image Selection & Editing

All final images are hand-selected and professionally edited in alignment with the Lens of Love Photography style. Raw images are not delivered.

Editing decisions remain at the photographer’s artistic discretion.

Delivery

Galleries are delivered digitally within the timeframe communicated at booking.

Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their images upon delivery.

Copyright & Usage

Lens of Love Photography retains full copyright of all images.

Clients receive a personal-use license for printing and sharing. Images may not be altered or used commercially without written permission.

Weddings

Wedding bookings require a separate signed contract. Final timelines must be submitted prior to the wedding date. Coverage includes only the hours contracted.

Limitation of Liability

Lens of Love Photography is not responsible for missed images due to client lateness, venue restrictions, weather, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Liability is limited to payments received.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas.
